On Tuesday evening, March 3rd, three members from the Pleasant Grove Volunteer Fire Department were able to participate in joint training with Big Sandy led by instructor Stephen Winchell. Firefighters worked on SCBA skills in order to be able to provide improved service fighting structure fires in Upshur county. Those in attendance from PGVFD included Firefighter-Arthur Duke, Junior Firefighter-Jake Mischnick, and Chief-Scott Mischnick.
